基于人文关怀的整体化护理干预在骨折患者微创手术中的应用效果及对生活质量的影响研究

Study on the effect of holistic nursing intervention basedon humanistic care in minimally invasive fracture surgeryand its impact on quality of life in patients

目的:探讨在骨折患者微创手术中应用基于人文关怀的整体化护理干预的效果及对生活质量的影响。方法:研究时间范围为2021年1月1日至2022年12月31日,收集本院120例骨折微创手术患者为研究样本,采用中心区组随机化方法,列出流水号为01~120所对应的护理分配表进行分组处理(观察组和对照组),比例为1:1。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予基于人文关怀的整体化护理干预。对比两组患者的治疗效果、疼痛评分、心理状况、睡眠质量以及生活质量。结果:护理后两组总有效率对比(P>0.05),但观察组数据稍高;护理后,术后即刻以及术后第1、3个月观察组的疼痛评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后两组焦虑、抑郁评分均明显下降且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后两组睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠效率均明显下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的生理职能、生理机能、一般健康状况、社会功能分值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在骨折患者微创手术中应用基于人文关怀的整体化护理干预能有效改善患者的生活质量、疼痛评分、心理状况及睡眠质量,在辅助增强疗效上起到了重要作用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of a holistic care intervention based on humanistic care in minimally invasive surgery for fracture patients.Methods:The study period was from January 01,2021 to December 31,2022.120 patients with minimally invasive fracture surgery in our hospital were collected as study samples.The randomization method of central district group was adopted,and the nursing allocation table corresponding to 01 to 120 was listed for group processing(observation group and control group),with a ratio of 1:1.The control group was given the usual care intervention,and the observation group gave the holistic care intervention based on humanistic care.Comparing the treatment effect,pain score,psychological status,sleep quality and quality of life between the two groups.Results:Total response rate comparison between the two groups after nursing(P>0.05),However,the observation group data was slightly higher;After the care,The pain scores in the immediate postoperative group and the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of both groups decreased significantly and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,sleep time,sleep disorder,sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency in the two groups,And the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);After the care,The scores of physiological function,physiological function,general health status,and social function of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of integrated nursing intervention based on humanistic care in minimally invasive surgery of fracture patients can effectively improve patients'quality of life,pain score,psychological status and sleep quality,and play an important role in enhancing the efficacy.
