长脉冲1064nmNd:YAG激光联合窄谱强脉冲光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤疗效观察

摘要 目的:探讨长脉冲1064nmNd:YAG联合窄谱强脉冲光(DPL)用于治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的疗效及安全性。方法:将60例婴幼儿血管瘤患者,随机分为A组、B组、C组,每组20例,其中观察组A组使用上述两种激光联合治疗,对照组B组和C组分别用长脉冲1064nmNd:YAG或DPL单独治疗。每组连续治疗3-5次,每月随访,评判疗效,观察其不良反应。结果:A组总有效率90%;B组总有效率35%;C组总有效率40%。A组相较于B组总有效率显著提高(P<0.001),不良反应之间无显著差异(P=0.574);A组相较于C组总有效率显著提高(P<0.001),不良反应之间无显著差异(P=0.292)。结论:长脉冲1064nmNd:YAG激光联合DPL治疗婴幼儿血管瘤效果良好。 Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of long pulse 1064 nm Nd∶YAG combined with narrow band intense pulsed light(DPL)in the treatment of infantile hemangioma.Methods:60 cases of infantile hemangioma were randomly divided into three groups:A,B and C,with 20 cases in each group.Group A was treated with the combination of the two kinds of lasers,and group B and C were treated with long pulse 1064nmNd:YAG or DPL respectively.Each group was treated for 3-5 consecutive times,followed up monthly to evaluate the efficacy and observe its adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of group A was 90%.The total effective rate of group B was 35%.The total effective rate of group C was 40%.The total effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.001),and there was no significant difference between adverse reactions(P=0.574);The total effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group C(P<0.001),and there was no significant difference between adverse reactions(P=0.292).Conclusion:Long-pulse 1064nmNd:YAG laser combined with DPL has a good effect in the treatment of infantile hemangioma.
