冠周脂肪影像组学的临床研究进展

摘要 冠状动脉周围脂肪组织是指距离血管外壁与相邻冠状动脉直径相等的径向距离内的任何脂肪组织。炎症血管壁可通过旁分泌方式释放促炎刺激因子,在冠心病的发生、发展过程中产生重要影响。冠周脂肪衰减指数(FAI)是一种检测冠状动脉炎症的无创成像生物标志物。本文将简述FAI的概念、冠周脂肪的临床应用,并总结影像组学在冠状动脉疾病的最新研究进展。 Pericoronary adipose tissue refers to any adipose tissue within a radial distance equal to the diameter of adjacent coronary arteries from the outer wall of blood vessels.Inflammatory vascular walls can release pro-inflammatory stimulating factors through paracrine pathways,which have a significant impact on the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.The pericoronary fat attenuation index(FAI)is a non-invasive imaging biomarker for detecting coronary artery inflammation.This article will briefly introduce the concept of FAI,the clinical application of pericoronary fat,and summarize the latest research progress of radiomics in coronary artery disease.
