伴随着经济、政治、科技和文化的日新月异,数字时代已经到来。为了顺应这一潮流,高校图书馆必须进行数字化资源建设。图书馆是人类文化遗产保护、社会教育、智力资源、文娱休闲的重要载体,在如今新时代背景下,人们给图书馆冠以“学术研究所”“学生导师”等名头,由此可见,高校图书馆数字资源建设与管理研究的重要性不容忽视,它不仅关系到图书馆自身的可持续发展,更关乎高校的教学科研水平和人才培养质量。为此,文章分析了当前高校图书馆数字资源建设存在的不足之处,探讨了其建设与管理研究策略,旨在为高校图书馆数字资源发展明确方向,加大研究力度,努力提升图书馆的服务水平和综合实力,并为相关研究提供借鉴与参考。

With rapid economic,political,technological and cultural changes,the "digital age" has arrived.In order to conform to this trend,university libraries must carry out the construction of digital resources.Library is an important carrier for the protection of human cultural heritage,social education,intellectual resources,entertainment and leisure.Under the background of the new era,people have given library titles such as "academic research institute" and "student tutor".It can be seen that the importance of research on the construction and management of digital resources in university libraries cannot be ignored,which is not only related to the sustainable development of libraries themselves.It is more related to the teaching and research level of colleges and universities and the quality of personnel training.Therefore,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current construction of digital resources in university libraries,and discusses the research strategies of its construction and management,aiming to clarify the direction of the development of digital resources in university libraries,increase research efforts,strive to improve the service level and comprehensive strength of libraries,and provide reference for related research.
