PET/EG/TiO_(2)阻燃材料的制备及性能

摘要 为改善聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的阻燃性能,以膨胀石墨(EG)为载体、钛酸丁酯为钛源,采用水热合成方法制备EG/TiO_(2)复合阻燃剂,研究了复合阻燃剂对PET结晶性能、力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。实验结果表明,EG和TiO_(2)的质量比为2:1,EG/TiO_(2)复合阻燃剂是PET结晶过程中的异相成核剂,添加后,显著改善了PET的力学性能和阻燃性能。当EG/TiO_(2)复合阻燃剂的添加量从0增大至5%时,PET的结晶温度从186.35℃增大至194.50℃,半结晶时间从10.14 min下降至2.85 min,拉伸强度从46.4 MPa增大至57.8 MPa,弹性模量从765.3 MPa增大至1320.4 MPa,断裂伸长率从5.8%增大至7.6%,极限氧指数从20.4%增大至32.8%,PET从易燃材料转化为难燃材料,并且,阻燃等级从无阻燃等级提高至V-0级。 In order to improve the flame retardant properties of PET,EG/TiO_(2) flame retardant was prepared by hydrothermal method using EG as support and butyl titanate as titanium source.The effect of EG/TiO_(2) flame retardant on crystallization,mechanical and flame retardant properties of PET were studied.The experimental results showed that the mechanical and flame retardant properties of PET were improved by the addition of EG/TiO_(2) flame retardant when the mass ratio of EG to TiO_(2)was 2∶1.Moreover,EG/TiO_(2) flame retardant was a heterogeneous nucleating agent in the process of PET crystallization.When the amount of EG/TiO_(2) flame retardant raised from 0 to 5%,the crystallization temperature of PET increased from 186.35℃to 194.50℃,and the half-time of PET crystallization time decreased from 10.14 min to 2.85 min.The tensile strength increased from 46.4 MPa to 57.8 MPa,the elastic modulus increased from 765.3 MPa to 1320.4 MPa,and the elongation at break increased from 5.8%to 7.6%.The limiting oxygen index increased from 20.4%to 32.8%,and the flame retardant grade increased from no level to V-0.
