基于正交试验的薄壁塑件注塑模拟及工艺优化

摘要 以Moldflow有限元软件为分析平台,采用田口正交试验设计方法进行试验设计和结果分析,对某款笔记本电脑后盖产品进行了工艺参数分析与优化。结合这类大型薄壁塑件在注塑成型过程中易产生翘曲变形的问题,以对产品质量影响较大的5个因素,熔体温度、模具温度、注射时间、保压时间和保压压力为基准,分析其对产品翘曲变形的影响,在保证产品快速充型的前提下,降低塑件的翘曲变形量。分析结果表明,保压压力对塑件翘曲变形的影响较大,当保压压力为108 MPa、熔体温度为290℃、保压时间为8 s、注射时间为0.97 s时,塑件的翘曲变形量较小,其值为1.732 mm。对优化后的工艺参数进行试验验证,并且,将生产试验后的结果与有限元分析结果进行比较,验证了有限元及试验方法的一致性。 With the Moldflow finite element software as the analysis platform,the parameters of a laptop back cover part were analyzed and optimized using Taguchi orthogonal experiment design method for experimental design and results analysis.In view of the warpage deformation of such large-scale thin-walled plastic part during the injection molding process,five parameters,i.e.,melt temperature,mold temperature,injection time,holding time and holding pressure,which had considerable impacts on products’quality,were set as a benchmark to investigate the warpage law.This was aimed to reduce the warpage deformation of plastic parts under the premise of ensuring fast filling of products.The analysis results showed that the holding pressure had the greatest influence on the warpage of the product.When the holding pressure was 108 MPa,the melt temperature was 290℃,the holding time was 8 s,and the injection time was 0.97 s respectively,the warpage deformation of the plastic part had the least warpage deformation with a value of 1.732 mm.The optimized process parameters were tested and verified,and the results after the production test were compared with the finite element analysis results to verify the consistency of the finite element and test methods.
