摘要
本试验根据铝合金铸锭孔隙的显微特征,准确地辨识出铸锭中的孔隙,即疏松和气孔。再通过分析软件的物相分析程序,定量测定孔隙的面积,进而计算出铸锭的孔隙率,并确定铸锭孔隙率软件分析检测方法。
This experiment accurately identified the porosity,namely looseness and pore,in aluminum alloy ingots based on their microscopic characteristics.By analyzing the phase analysis program,the area of the pores was quantitatively measured,the porosity of the ingot was calculated,and the software analysis and detection method for the porosity of the ingot was determined.
