摘要
1+3铝热连轧机生产的带材表面出现振纹,影响产品质量。根据振纹的特征并结合轧机的振动机理,确定振纹是由轧机的垂振现象引起的。分析了影响垂振的设备、工艺润滑、控制系统等因素,发现当卷取速度为1.1 m/s~1.4 m/s时,力的相互耦合触发轧机自激振动。通过优化带材中间坯轧制速度、轧制温度、乳液喷射压力、喷射流量及喷射模式,控制带材卷取速度,避开1.1 m/s~1.4 m/s卷取速度区间,消除了带材表面振纹。
Chatter marks appear on the surface of strip produced by 1+3 aluminum hot rolling mill,which affects the product quelity.Based on the marks characteristics and the vi⁃bration mechanism of the rolling mill,it is determined that the chatter mark is caused by the vertical vibration phenomenon of the rolling mill.The article analyzes the factors such as e⁃quipment,process lubrication,and control system that affect vertical vibration.The results show that when the coiling speed is 1.1 m/s-1.4 m/s,the mutual coupling of forces trig⁃gers the self⁃excited vibration of the rolling mill.By optimizing the rolling speed and rolling temperature of the transfer bar,emulsion spray pressure,spray flow and spray pattern,the strip coiling speed is controlled to avoid the coiling speed range of 1.1 m/s~1.4 m/s,thus eliminating the strip surface chatter marks.
