With the continuous breakthrough of big data technology,artificial intelligence has become an important driving force to promote the leapfrog development of science and technology,industrial optimization and upgrading,and the overall improvement of productivity.At the same time,the inadequacies of the traditional legal system and the absence of artificial intelligence personality regulation have produced fierce conflicts,and problems such as infringement liability disputes,unclear ownership of intellectual property rights,and social governance difficulties have been difficult to be effectively solved.Therefore,we should establish the concept of open development,promote the establishment of legal personality of artificial intelligence,and explore the harmonious relationship between the development of artificial intelligence and legal innovation.
