摘要
党的二十大报告指出,“加快实现高水平科技自立自强,强化企业科技创新主体地位”。高新技术企业是科技创新的“主力军”,发明专利是衡量一个地区科技创新能力的重要指标之一。基于此,通过对比分析如皋2022年授权发明专利及有效发明专利拥有量中高新技术企业及非高新技术企业差异情况,分析目前如皋提升专利创造质量进程中存在的困境,提出推进专利工作高质量发展的对策及建议。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that"accelerating the realization of high-level technological self-reliance and strengthening the dominant position of enterprises in technological innovation".High tech enterprises are the"main force"of technological innovation,and invention patents are one of the important indicators to measure a region's technological innovation capability.Based on this,by comparing and analyzing the differences between high-tech enterprises and non high-tech enterprises in the ownership of authorized invention patents and effective invention patents in Rugao in 2022,the current difficulties in improving the quality of patent creation in Rugao are analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of patent work are proposed.
