产教融合背景下高职院校科技成果转化策略研究

Research on the Transformation Strategy of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education

随着经济社会的不断发展,全球科技创新竞争日趋激烈,技术转移与产业化已成为提高技术创新效应的重要路径。在这一背景下,产教融合已成为推动科技成果转化的重要手段和基本保障。对于当代高职院校而言,在加强产教融合的过程中推进科技成果的转化,是提升学校科技创新能力和服务社会经济发展的重要任务。基于此,在分析产教融合与科技成果转化联系的基础上,结合产教融合背景探析高职院校科技成果转化存在的问题,并结合笔者实践经验,针对性地提出实施策略,以期为相关人员提供参考。

With the continuous development of the economy and society,global competition for technological innovation is becoming increasingly fierce,and technology transfer and industrialization have become important paths to improve the effectiveness of technological innovation.In this context,the integration of industry and education has become an important means and basic guarantee for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.For contemporary vocational colleges,promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the process of strengthening the integration of industry and education is an important task to enhance the school's scientific and technological innovation ability and serve social and economic development.Therefore,based on the analysis of the relationship between the integration of industry and education and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,this article explores the problems in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in vocational colleges in the context of industry and education integration,and proposes targeted implementation strategies based on the author's practical experience,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
