摘要
近年来,我国能源短缺与环境污染问题愈发严重,能源行业改革已成为维系国家安全与国民经济发展的重要任务。2020年,正式确定了到2030年实现碳达峰和到2060年实现碳中和的战略目标。2021年的“十四五”规划详细阐述了碳达峰的实践方案,并重点强调零碳园区的优化规划。新型电力系统背景下,各园区电力系统融合度较高,源网荷储存在不确定性,仅依靠现有的发展规划与技术条件难以满足园区发展的实际需求。基于此,将零碳园区作为主要研究对象,在电力电子、信息技术和智能管理技术相结合的能源互联网环境下,对其规划设计和涉及的关键技术进行探讨,基于共享理念等对其发展趋势进行说明,以期为零碳园区搭建提供更多技术支持与发展指导。
In recent years,the problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution in China have become increasingly serious,and the reform of the energy industry has become an important task to maintain national security and national economic development.In 2020,the country officially set the strategic goals of achieving carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.The 14th Five Year Plan of the following year elaborated on the practical plan for achieving carbon peak,and emphasized the optimization planning of zero carbon parks.Under the background of the new power system,the integration of power systems in various parks is relatively high,and there is uncertainty in the source network load storage strength.Relying solely on existing development plans and technical conditions is difficult to meet the actual needs of park development.Based on this,this article takes the zero carbon park as the main research object,and explores its planning,design,and key technologies involved in the energy internet environment that combines power electronics,information technology,and intelligent management technology.Finally,based on the concept of sharing,its development trend is explained,in order to provide more technical support and development guidance for the construction of zero carbon parks.
