摘要
尝试探究水产贝类废壳材料再加工方式,对贝类废弃物现有利用方法进行再创新再设计,并进行相应的品牌视觉设计,输出适合的包装以及标识。分析水产食物废壳的结构特点和化学成分,通过煅烧生物炭和滤水实验,比较各添加剂对贝类粉末黏合程度及滤水能力的影响,寻找科学性和经济性相结合的水产贝类废壳全新再利用方式。以科学实验为手段,从材料的自身可促进植物生长的特性出发,为产品的绿色环保可持续设计创造提供新理念、新思路、新方法。
Try to explore the reprocessing of waste shellfish materials,and re innovate and re design the existing utilization methods of shellfish wastes.Analyze the structural characteristics and chemical composition of aquatic food waste shells,compare the effects of various additives on the adhesion degree and water filtering ability of shellfish powder through burning biochar and water filtering experiments,and find a new utilization mode of aquatic shellfish waste shells that combines scientific and economic benefits.The innovative product brand of"shell sustainability"was put forward,and the brand logo and some materials were designed based on the sustainable design concept.By means of scientific experiments,starting from the characteristics of materials that can promote plant growth,and provide new ideas,new ideas,and new methods for the creation of green and environmentally sustainable design of products.
