摘要
随着互联网的发展和学习环境的改变,协同学习方式的重要性日益凸显,为满足用户学习过程中的协同知识建构需求,探索协同学习平台中的学习体验的社会来源,归纳出学习体验设计模型。文章从用户的社会性交互出发,按照交互目的对协同学习产品进行分类,分析用户的学习交互行为和共同体验感受。结合分类分析结果,从功能和情感两个维度提出协同学习产品体验设计策略,进而作为协同学习产品如何向用户提供高质量的学习体验和服务的理论支撑依据。
With the development of the Internet and changes in the learning environment,the importance of collaborative learning methods has become increasingly prominent.In order to meet the needs of users for collaborative knowledge construction in the learning process,explore the social source of learning experience in the collaborative learning platform,and summarize the learning experience design model.Starting from the social interaction of users,this paper classifies collaborative learning products according to the purpose of interaction,and analyzes the learning interaction behavior and shared experience of users.Combined with the classification analysis results,the collaborative learning product experience design strategy is proposed from the two dimensions of function and emotion.Provide theoretical reference for collaborative learning products to provide users with high-quality learning experience and services.
