摘要
电厂焚烧消纳处置广东某污水处理厂污泥,要求污泥产品含水率降至40%以下。为此,在分析常见脱水干化技术的基础上,根据污水处理厂现场条件和产品要求,选择“化学调理调质污泥破壁+高压板框压滤机压榨”技术,并根据半工业实验结果进行设备选型设计,最终建设完成处理含水率80%污泥≥50 t/d的深度脱水系统。应用效果表明,该技术的投资少,技术可靠,各项指标满足设计要求。
This paper selects power plant incineration according to the sludge disposal route of a sewage treatment plant in Guangdong.The water content of sludge product is required to be less than 40%,several common dehydration technologies in China are analyzed,and the"chemical conditioning sludge wall breaking plus high pressure filter press"technology is selected.According to the site conditions and product requirements,chemical conditioning sludge wall breaking+high pressure filter press technology is selected.The equipment selection and design were carried out based on the results of semi industrial experiments,and a deep dehydration production line with a water content of 80%and sludge≥50 t/d was completed.The process investment is low,the cost is controllable,the technology is reliable,and all indicators meet the design requirements.This process is put into use on the basis of research and development,and has certain progressiveness and reproducibility.
