摘要
基于ELHC试验台的验证,对现行技术规范中煤粉爆炸指数Kd计算和分级的预报准确度进行比选,指出国内规范与所引用的技术源头ВТИ准则之间存在明显偏差,从理论和实践层面探讨了完善化的途径:1)选用以一步到位的精准实用计算式来替代逐步求解方法;2)验证爆炸指数Kd采用简单线性拟合公式可行性,推导提出了精准换算的修正公式;3)引入ELHC准则元素来优化Kd计算与分级标准匹配;4)引入Kd来完善磨煤机允许出口温度的规定。
Based on the verification results of ELHC test-bed,the prediction accuracy of pulverized coal explosion index Kd calculation and classification in the current technical specifications are compared and selected.Besides the calculation method is cumbersome and needs to be simplified.The ways of perfection are discussed from the aspects of theory and practice:1)The accurate and practical calculation formula in one step is selected to replace the step-by-step solution method.2)The feasibility of simple linear fitting formula for explosion index Kd is verified.Find out the error of fitting formula and fitting target in the existing literature.The correction formula of accurate conversion is deduced and put forward.3)The ELHC criterion is used to optimize the matching between the calculation of pulverized coal explosion characteristic index and classification.4)The explosion characteristic index of pulverized coal is used to improve the regulation of allowable outlet temperature of coal mill.
