Objective Symptom network was an emerging research paradigm that applied network analysis methods to understand the interplay and causal relationships among symptoms,with increasing applications in chronic diseases in recent years.Clear and transparent reporting guidelines was helpful for readers to comprehend,evaluate,and promote and apply of research findings.This article provided a summary of reporting guidelines specific to symptom network research and offered interpretations of the reporting requirements through examples,and aimed to provide the reference for enhancing the completeness and standardization of relevant research reports and improving the generalizability and applicability of the results.
