摘要
教育家精神是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想中关于教育的重要论述的最新理念,对新时代建设教师队伍、建设教育强国具有重要的指导意义。阐释教育家精神可以从本体、价值和方法三个维度进行,以求获得对其本质性理解和总体性把握。从本体论维度把握教育家精神需要借助教书匠、教育者和教育家三种教师形象的区别和联系来实现;从价值论维度把握教育家精神需要借助教育家精神辐射的个体、群体和社会三个层面来实现;从方法论维度把握教育家精神需要通过实践动因、实践意志和实践方法三个实践的基本环节来完成。
The spirit of educationist in the new era is the latest concept of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on education in the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,which has important guiding significance for building a teacher team and a leading country in education in the new era.The spirit of educationist in the new era should be understood from three dimensions:ontology,value and method,in order to obtain an essential understanding and a holistic grasp of it.To grasp the spirit of educationist from the ontological dimension,we need to rely on the distinction and connection of three teacher images:teacher,educator,and educationist.To grasp the spirit of educationist from the perspective of value theory,we need to rely on the three levels of individuality,groupness and sociality that the spirit of educationist radiates to achieve.To grasp the spirit of educationist from the methodological dimension,we need to complete it through three basic links of practice:the motive of practice,the will of practice,and the method of practice.
