摘要
职业教育高质量发展是实现教育强国的必由之路,产教融合是职业教育助力教育强国建设的重要途径。产教融合价值共生是指政府、学校和企业等不同性质的共生单元在基于教育强国的共同价值目标之下,通过物质、信息和能量的交换等协同增效的方式,推动产教融合系统实现整体价值最优化,进而实现共同发展、共享价值的发展目标。但是,目前存在产教共生单元工具理性与价值理性对冲、共生单元间非交互协同以及利益平衡机制缺失等问题,迫切需要产教要素与结构统一以达成价值共识;产教双向建构协同发展以促进价值共创;产教互惠共生以实现价值共享。
The high⁃quality development of vocational education is the only way to achieve an educational power,and the integration of industry and education is an important way for vocational education to help achieve an educational power.The value symbiosis of industry education integration refers to the symbiotic units of different natures,such as government,schools,and enterprises,that promote the optimization of the overall value of the industry education integration system through the exchange of material,information,and energy,under the common value goal of building an educational power,and thus achieve the development goal of common development and shared value.However,there are currently issues such as the conflict between instrumental rationality and value rationality in the symbiotic unit of industry and education,the non⁃interactive collaboration between symbiotic units,and the lack of a mechanism for balancing interests.There is an urgent need to unify the elements and structure of industry and education to reach a consensus on value,promote value co⁃creation through mutual construction and collaborative development of industry and education,and realize value sharing through mutual symbiosis between industry and education.
