教育强国建设背景下职业教育科教融汇的价值、困境及其纾解路径

Value,Dilemma and Mitigation Pathways of the Integration of Science and Education in Vocational Education under the Background of Building an Educational Great Power

党的二十大提出了通过科教融汇推进教育强国建设的战略决策。在教育强国建设语境下,职业教育科教融汇是自身高质量发展的内在必然,有着提高职业教育对经济社会高质量发展的贡献度、提升技术技能人才的创新素养、丰富教育强国内涵的重要价值。然而目前职业教育科教融汇仍然面临实体基础薄弱、顶层设计不足以及“科”“教”良性融合机制暂未建立的困境。立足新时代,应以科教融汇为办学理念,提升职业教育在教育强国建设中的贡献度;强化职业教育内部治理,拓展科教融汇的深度与广度;强化职业院校“软实力”建设,减少科教融汇的外在阻力。

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed a strategic decision to build an educational powerful country through the integration of science and education.In the context of building an educational power,the integration of science and education in vocational education is an inherent necessity for high⁃quality development,for it can enhance the contribution of vocational education to the high⁃quality development of the economy and society,and has important value in enhancing the innovative literacy of technical and skilled talents and enhancing the connotation of educational power.However,at present,the integration of science and education in vocational education still faces difficulties such as weak physical foundation,insufficient top⁃level design,and the lack of a positive integration mechanism between science and education.Based on the new era,the educational philosophy of"integration of science and education"should be adopted to enhance the contribution of vocational education in the construction of an educational powerful country,the internal governance of vocational education should be strengthened to enhance the depth and breadth of science⁃education integration,and the soft power of vocational colleges should be strengthened to reduce external obstacles to the integration of science and education.
