面向小微企业人才需求的新商科人才核心素养提升探究

摘要 小微企业是新时代高校人才培养改革的重要服务对象。新时代助力小微企业发展必须为其提供源源不断的人才支撑,尤其是推进新商科人才培养创新,必须以塑造新商科人才核心素养来助力小微企业发展。面向小微企业人才需求的新商科人才核心素养提升必须坚持问题导向原则、产教融合原则、创新驱动原则,同时也要采取把握小微企业的人才需求脉搏、以项目式合作加大产教融合的力度、加强新商科学生综合技能培训、提高新商科学生实习经历在学分中的比重等举措。 Small and micro enterprises are important service targets for talent cultivation reform in universities in the new era.In the new era to help with the development of these enterprises,it is necessary to provide a continuous stream of talent support,especially to promote innovation in the cultivation of new business talents by way of building the core competencies of new business talents.The core literacy improvement of new business talents to meet the talent needs of small and micro enterprises must adhere to the principles of problem orientation,integration of industry and education,and innovation driven.At the same time,measures should also be taken to grasp the pulse of talent needs in small and micro enterprises,increase the intensity of industry and education integration through project-based cooperation,strengthen comprehensive skill training for new business students,and increase the proportion of internship experience of new business students in their educational program.
