摘要
基于UTAUT2模型编制高校教师移动学习行为意愿影响因素调查问卷,共有473名高校教师参与网络调查,采用SPSS 24软件进行分析,结果表明:绩效期望、社会影响、促进条件、享乐动机和习惯对高校教师移动学习行为意愿有显著影响,努力期望对高校教师移动学习行为意愿影响不显著。从移动学习内容开发、高校管理、软件技术等方面提出建议。
In this study,the UTAUT2 model was used to analyze the influencing factors of college teachers'mobile learning behavior.A total of 473 college teachers participated in the online survey.The research used SPSS 24 software for correlation analysis and regression analysis.The research results show that performance expectations,social influence,facilitation condition,hedonic motivation and habits have significant impact on the mobile learning behavior of college teachers,while effect expectation has no significant impact on the mobile learning behavior of college teachers.Finally,based on the content research results,suggestions are put forward from the aspects of mobile learning development,collage management,software technology,etc.
