The Digital Intelligent Enterprise Operation and Management Sand-table Competition is a large-scale enterprise management skills competition that integrates knowledge,fun,and confrontation.It is a drill for the professional abilities of undergraduate students majoring in economic management.The Xindao Digital Intelligent Enterprise Management Sand-table Platform is a simulation software system used in the competition.It has the characteristics of budget based operation,different sales channels corresponding to different order claiming rules,diversified settings of product characteristics,worker efficiency characteristics setting,and digital management functions.Based on this platform,an analysis was made of the production line construction strategies,worker allocation strategies,and advertising placement strategies in simulated business operations,in order to assist participants in reducing errors and achieving satisfactory business performance in competitions.
