公共图书馆服务乡村振兴战略路径研究——以张家口市县公共图书馆为例

A Research on the Path of the Public Library Serving the Rural Revitalization Strategy——Taking Public Libraries in Zhangjiakou City as Examples

公共图书馆作为社会主义公共文化服务体系的组成部分,担负着为乡村振兴提供精神支撑和文化信息服务的重要职责。目前,公共图书馆在服务乡村振兴中存在重视程度不够、工作经费不足、服务质量不高以及依托基础薄弱等问题。对此提出提高思想认识、加大财力支持、改进服务方式和指导基础建设等改进措施,以更好地发挥公共图书馆服务乡村振兴的职责。

As an integral part of the socialist public cultural service system,the public library undertakes the important responsibility of providing spiritual support and cultural information service for the rural revitalization.However,at present,there are problems in public library serving the rural revitalization,such as inadequate emphasis,insufficient funds,low service quality and weak foundation.In view of this situation,such measures are suggested as raising the ideological awareness,increasing financial support,improving service mode,and guiding infrastructure construction,so as to give full play to the role of public libraries in serving the rural revitalization.
