摘要
电子商务法是高校法学专业的核心课程之一。从教学内容、教学方法和评价反馈等方面进行设计,并从课前、课中和课后3个环节予以实施。从对教学效果的评价反馈发现,在电子商务法课程中开展PBL混合式教学,不仅有助于培养学生分析和解决问题的能力,还能够提升课程教学效果。
E-commerce law is one of the core courses of the major of law in colleges and universities.Teaching is designed from the aspects of the content,the method and the evaluation feedback,and implemented in three links of before-class,in-class and after-class.The evaluation feedback of the teaching effect shows that the application of the PBL-based blended teaching in the course of E-commerce law not only helps to train students’ability of analyzing and solving problems,but also improves the teaching effect of the course.
