摘要
金融学基础是金融和财会专业学生的必修课程。由于学校条件、教师能力和学生意愿等原因,导致混合式案例教学法在金融学基础课程应用中存在资源不足、实施过程控制不佳、教师能力有限和教师之间缺少合作等问题。基于此,学校应采取有效措施,分别从案例资源库、案例选择、教师教学能力、教学团队和教学评价等方面发力,以激发学生的学习积极性,提升教学成效。
The course of Fundamentals of Finance is a required course for students majoring in finance and accounting.Restricted by the school conditions,teachers’capability and students’willingness,there exist such problems in the application of the mixed case teaching method in the course of Fundamentals of Finance as insufficient resources,the inadequate control of implementation process,teachers’limited capability and the lack of cooperation between teachers.In view of this situation,effective measures are suggested in terms of the construction of case resource base,case selection,teachers’teaching ability,teaching team,and teaching evaluation,so as to stimulate students’learning enthusiasm and improve teaching effectiveness.
