摘要
近年来,由于教育理念不明确、职业发展难度大、管理机制不健全、心理调节能力差等因素,高校教师产生工作倦怠的状况时有发生,严重影响着教学工作的顺利开展与高校学生的健康成长。而心理资本作为超越人力资本与社会资本的一种核心心理要素,可培养教师自我效能感、提升教师工作幸福感、提高教师工作稳定性。基于此,提出更新心理资本培养理念、设置多元教育支持系统、构建完善管理保障机制、提升教师心理调控能力等措施,以增强心理资本对高校教师工作倦怠的干预作用。
In recent years,due to unclear educational concepts,the difficulty in career development,imperfect management mechanisms,poor psychological regulation abilities and other factors,job burnout among teachers in colleges and universities has occurred from time to time,which seriously affects the successful development of teaching work and the healthy growth of college students.As a core psychological element that transcends human capital and social capital,psychological capital can cultivate teachers′self-efficacy,enhance their job happiness,and increase the stability of their work.Based on these,the article proposes measures such as updating the concept of psychological capital cultivation,setting up a diversified education support system,constructing and improving management guarantee mechanism,and enhancing teachers′psychological regulation ability to enhance the intervention effect of psychological capital on job burnout of teachers in colleges and universities.
