改革开放以来高校学生党支部建设的历程及经验启示

The Development and Experience of University Student Party Branch Construction since the Reform and Opening Up

中国共产党一直高度重视和加强高校学生党支部建设。改革开放以来,高校学生党支部建设经历了调整恢复、逐步加强、快速发展、全面提升四个时期。在这一发展历程中,高校学生党支部建设取得了显著成绩,学生党员队伍数量增长、质量提升,学生党支部制度体系不断完善,学生党员思想政治教育的针对性、时效性不断强化,学生党支部的政治功能和组织功能不断增强。四十多年实践经验启示我们,学生党支部建设必须围绕高校的根本任务和中心工作,必须加强思想政治引领,必须坚持用改革创新精神推动学生党支部建设,必须坚持完善学生党支部的制度体系。

The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to and strengthened the construction of university student party branches.Since the reform and opening up,the construction of university student party branches has gone through four stages:adjustment and recovery,gradual strengthening,rapid development,and comprehensive improvement.In this development process,the construction of university student party branches has achieved remarkable results,with the number and quality of student party members increasing,the system of student party branches continuously improving,the pertinence and timeliness of ideological and political education of student party members constantly strengthening,and the political and organizational functions of student party branches continuously enhancing.More than forty years of practical experience tells us that the construction of student party branches must revolve around the fundamental tasks and central work of universities,must strengthen ideological and political guidance,must persist in promoting the construction of student party branches with the spirit of reform and innovation,and must persist in improving the system of student party branches.
