高校学生党员队伍先进性的现状、问题与对策——基于江苏省某市2896名高校师生的抽样调查

The Current Situation,Problems,and Countermeasures of the Advanced Nature of University Student Party Members-Based on a Sample Survey of 2896 University Teachers and Students in a City in Jiangsu Province

先进性是党员的本质属性,而先锋模范作用则是党员先进性最直观、最根本的体现。调查结果显示,样本对学生党员先进性的评价总体良好,政治面貌、职业身份,教师职称、工作年限,学生学段、干部经历等变量对评价影响较大。回归分析表明,在师生的潜意识里,带头学习提高、带头服务群众、带头争创佳绩是党员“五个带头”中影响学生党员先进性评价的关键因素。这些因素也是学生党员先进性弱化的现实风险点。要防范学生党员先进性弱化的风险,既须解决思想问题,也须解决制度问题。一方面,要夯实信仰之基,强化使命意识,筑牢防范学生党员先进性弱化风险的精神支柱。另一方面,要细化成长目标,强化监督评价,构建激励学生党员“保持先进性”的长效机制。

Advancement is the essential attribute of party members,and the role of pioneers and models is the most intuitive and fundamental manifestation of the advanced nature of party members.The survey results show that the overall evaluation of the advanced nature of student party members in the sample is good,and variables such as political appearance,professional identity,teacher's title,years of work,student stage,and cadre experience have a significant impact on the evaluation.Regression analysis shows that in the subconscious of teachers and students,taking the lead in learning and improving,taking the lead in serving the masses,and taking the lead in striving for excellent results are the key factors related to the evaluation of the advanced nature of student party members among the"five leads"of party members.These factors are also the real risk points for the weakening of the advanced nature of student party members.To prevent the risk of weakening the advanced nature of student party members,it is necessary to solve ideological problems and institutional problems.On the one hand,we need to consolidate the foundation of faith,strengthen the sense of mission,and build a spiritual pillar to prevent the risk of weakening the advanced nature of student party members.On the other hand,we need to refine growth goals,strengthen supervision and evaluation,and build a longterm mechanism to motivate student party members to"maintain advancement".
