摘要
随着社会经济快速发展,大学生面临成长环境的不断变化,其心理健康问题更加凸显。网络心理咨询具有省时、快捷、跨越地域、经济便利的优点,成为后疫情时代大学生心理辅导的重要方式。面对网络视频心理咨询的发展契机,急需探索网络视频团体辅导的规律、特点和效果等。本研究基于目的性取样,选取网络视频团体辅导成员作为研究对象进行半结构式访谈,采用MAXQDA软件对访谈资料进行主题分析,辅以量化数据进行评估。质性分析表明,网络视频团辅的效果体现在积极自我的建构、积极心态的建立、社会适应的增强、团体联结感的加深;同时历次团体辅导效果的量化数据分析表明,团体辅导效果呈现阶梯式上升趋势。可见,大学生网络视频团体辅导效果良好。
With the rapid development of social economy,college students are facing a constantly changing growth environment,and their mental health problems are becoming more prominent.Online psychological counseling,with its time-saving,fast,cross-regional,and economically convenient advantages,has become an important method of psychological counseling for college students in the post-epidemic era.Faced with the development opportunity of online video psychological counseling,there is an urgent need to explore the laws,characteristics,and effects of online video group counseling.This study,based on purposive sampling,selected members of online video group counseling as research objects for semi-structured interviews,used MAXQDA software to conduct thematic analysis of interview data,and supplemented with quantitative data for evaluation.Qualitative analysis shows that the effects of online video group counseling are reflected in the construction of a positive self,the establishment of a positive mentality,the enhancement of social adaptation,and the deepening of group connection.At the same time,the analysis of quantitative data of the effects of group counseling shows that the effect of group counseling presents a step-by-step upward trend.It can be seen that the effect of online video group counseling for college students is good.
