新型夹层聚能装药射流成型及毁伤效果研究

摘要 为了进一步提高聚能装药的侵彻威力,设计一种新型夹层聚能装药结构。为研究该结构在侵彻靶板方面的优势,利用非线性动力学软件Autodyn对所设计新型夹层聚能装药结构与其他聚能装药结构下爆轰波的传播以及杆式射流的成型进行了数值模拟,得到了杆式射流的特征参数和侵彻装甲钢靶板的模拟结果。研究表明:新型夹层复合聚能装药结构中的约束壳体能够有效阻止稀疏波进入内层装药,爆轰波形与药形罩形状更为匹配,使射流获得较高的动能,提高装药利用率,从而提高了杆式射流的特征参数,且该新型装药结构的杆式射流对装甲钢靶板的侵彻深度相较于普通外高内低的夹层装药提升了11.35%,有利于提高破甲深度。 A new type of double layer shaped is designed to improve the penetration power.In order to study the advantages of the shaped charge in penet ration,the propagation process of detonation wave and the formation of JPC are studied with the finite element code Autodyn.The characteristic parameters of JPC and its penetration performance are researched by numerical simulation.The research shows that the restraining tube in the new type of double layer shaped charge can effectively prevent the rarefaction wave from entering the inner charge,and obtain higher kinetic energy,improve the charge utilization ratio and cooperate with the forming of the composite liner,thus improving the characteristic parameters of JPC.Moreover,the penetration depth of JPC in the new shaped charge is 11.35%higher than that of the ordinary double layer shaped structure with high outside and low inside,which is conducive to armor breaking.
