先进航空发动机的室内试车台设计

摘要 为提高航空发动机试车台的先进性,在试车台常规台架设备的基础上,提出可应用于航空发动机室内试车台的先进燃油稳压控制系统、试车间内流场控制措施、超静定状态多组件矢量力测量系统。燃油稳压系统采用变频调节的供油二次泵和回油电动阀门匹配发动机入口流量需求,应用稳压系统能够使瞬态油压变化量减小至常规供油系统的50%;通过设计多孔孔板和封堵部分引射筒流通孔的方法改善试车间内流场品质;开展多组件测力系统设计、矢量台架安全监控,为航空发动机矢量力解耦和高精度测量提供重要的基础支撑。 In order to improve the progressiveness of the aeroengine test bench,based on the conven-tional test bench equipment,advanced fuel pressure stabilization control system,indoor flow field con-trol measures,and multi-component vector force measurement system in hyperstatic state that can be applied to the aeroengine indoor test bench were proposed.The fuel pressure stabilizing system used the secondary oil supply pump and the return electric valve regulated by frequency conversion to match the demand of engine inlet flow.The application of the pressure stabilizing system could reduce the transient oil pressure change to 50%of the conventional oil supply system;The quality of the indoor flow field could be improved by designing porous orifice plates and plugging some flow holes of the ejector tubes.The design of multi-component force measurement system and the safety monitoring of vector platform were carried out,providing important basic support for the decoupling of vector force and high-precision measurement of aeroengine.
