摘要
针对超声波法在换流变等大尺寸设备中局部放电检测的不足,提出一种基于油中溶解气体分析与超声波检测及定位相结合的定位技术。首先利用分布式油中溶解气体分析法实现缺陷粗定位;然后在此基础上,确定合理的超声波传感器布置方案;再使用超声波定位算法以及优化传播路径搜索算法准确定位;最后,通过现场测试并综合设备内检结果进行验证,表明了所提检测方法的实用性和有效性。
Based on the inadequate partial discharge detection of the ultrasonic method for large size power equipment such as converter transformer,a positioning technology based on the analysis of dissolved gas in oil combined with ultrasonic detection and positioning is proposed.Firstly,it realizes the rough positioning of a defect by the analysis of dissolved gas in the distributed oil,based on which the reasonable ultrasonic sensor arrangement scheme is determined,then accurately locates the partial discharge source via the ultrasonic positioning algorithm and the optimized propagation path search algorithm,and finally based on the verification of field tests and detection results inside equipment,it shows the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed detection method.
