文凭筛选视域下我国大学生就业问题的理性思考

Rational Thinking on the Employment Problem of China’s College Students from the Perspective of Diploma Screening

作为教育的符号象征物,高等教育文凭是大学毕业生劳动能力的一种信号标识,且用人单位时常以该信号标识来推测大学生求职个体与工作岗位之间的适配度。随着高等教育普及化时代的到来,大学生就业问题愈发严峻,加之文凭筛选信号的部分“失灵”,高等教育文凭与大学生就业之间的关系再次引人注目。文章通过分析高等教育文凭的筛选假设及其实然作用边界,揭示由此引发的一系列现实问题,从微观层面理性辨别高等教育文凭对大学生就业的作用,以期为大学生就业问题的纾解提供些许思考。

As a symbol of education,the higher education diploma is a signal indicating the labor ability of college graduates.Employers often use this signal identification to infer the suitability of job-seeking individuals and job positions.With the advent of the era of popularization of higher education,the employment problem of college students is becoming more and more serious,coupled with the partial"failure"of diploma screening signal,the relationship between the higher education diploma and the college students’employment is again striking.The article analyses the screening assumption of the higher education diploma and its actual boundary,reveals the real problems such as abnormal subjective spirit,lack of sense of significance and physical and mental health,and rationally identifies the role of the higher education diploma in the employment of college students at the micro level,so as to provide decision-making reference to mitigate the employment problem of college students.
