综合实践活动课程纲要政策变迁及其实施趋向

摘要 综合实践活动课程是我国课程发展的重要里程碑,是基础教育新课程的亮点,其萌芽到发展阶段都伴随着政策的影响。活动、活动课程、综合实践活动课程的名称转变体现了不同时期综合实践活动课程地位的不断跃迁。从解决社会问题、满足社会发展需求到深入理解并践行社会主义核心价值观的转变,反映着课程目标发展理念及其价值深化。从活动领域向活动方式的转变则明确了课程实施的路径与主题。通过回顾并梳理我国综合实践活动课程历次纲要的话语表述变迁可以预见,未来的综合实践活动课程实施将呈现出多学科协同下的课程模式创新、多目标融合下的核心素养发展、多路径切入下的学生体验深化以及多场景浸润下的学习品质提升的趋向。 Comprehensive practical activity curriculum is an important milestone in the development of curriculum in China,and it is the highlight of the new curriculum of basic education.The change of the names of activity,activity curriculum and comprehensive practical activity curriculum reflects the continuous transition of the status of comprehensive practical activity curriculum in different periods.From solving social problems and meeting the needs of social development to deeply understanding and practicing socialist core values,it reflects the development concept and value deepening of curriculum objectives.The change from activity field to activity mode makes clear the path and theme of curriculum implementation.By reviewing and sorting out the discourse expression changes of the previous outlines of China's comprehensive practical activity curriculum,the future comprehensive practical activity curriculum presents the implementation trend of curriculum mode innovation under multidisciplinary cooperation,core literacy development under multi-dimensional integration,deepening of student experience under multi-path entry,and improvement of learning quality under multi scene infiltration.
