文化润疆视域下青少年中华文化认同生成研究

A Study on the Generation of Teenagers’Chinese Cultural Identity From the Perspective of the Policy of Enriching Xinjiang With Culture

文化润疆是新时代党的治疆方略的重要内容之一,具有重要指导意义。中华文化是一套有意义的象征符号系统,凝结中华民族传统、心理、观念、道德等。中华文化认同直接影响青少年价值观的形成,是关涉中华民族认同、国家认同的重要问题。文化润疆视域下青少年中华文化认同应从中华文化认同的内容体系、内在价值及功能导向入手,以中华民族共同体为意义载体,以中华文化一体多元为意义内涵,以社会主义核心价值观为意义内核的中华文化认同意义体系为基础,通过唤醒集体文化记忆以理解意义,创设文化环境以解读意义,开发隐性知识以使用意义,拓展新文化空间以生产意义的意义实践路径使青少年生成中华文化认同。

The third central symposium on Xinjiang work put forward the general strategy of managing Xinjiang with culture,which is of great guiding significance.Chinese culture is a symbolic system rich in meaning condensing the Chinese national tradition,psychology,ideas,morality,etc.Chinese cultural identity directly affects the development of teenagers’value system,which is an important issue to their national identity.Under the guidance of enriching Xinjiang with culture,with Chinese national community as the carrier,the unified diversity of Chinese culture as the meaning connotations,and socialist core values as the core meaning;teenagers’Chinese cultural identity begins with Chinese cultural content system,follows internal value and functional orientations.Through the practices of arousing collective cultural memory to understand meaning,creating cultural environment to interpret meaning,developing tacit knowledge to use meaning,and expanding new cultural space to produce meaning,we can facilitate teenagers’Chinese cultural identity generation.
