新疆高校大学生科学精神培育路径探析

On the Cultivation of College Students' Scientific Spirit in Xinjiang

伴随自然科学的逐步发展,科学精神随之产生,并延伸到人文社会科学领域,乃至整个人类社会。当前建设新时代中国特色社会主义新疆,亟需提升新疆高校大学生的科学精神,倡导理性、健康、文明的生活方式。本文根据新疆高校实际情况及育人育才目标,分析培养高校大学生科学精神的重要意义,并针对高校培育目标、教师自身科学素养及学生科学精神培养模式中的不足,探讨新疆高校大学生科学精神培育的对策建议,即完善科学教育的管理评估机制;切实增强培育科学精神的责任感和使命感;创立健全培育科学精神的校园环境。

With the gradual development of natural science,the scientific spirit has emerged and extended to the field of humanities and social sciences,and even to the whole human society.The progress of science and technology and society in the new era needs the promotion of the scientific spirit.As socialist builders,successors and future academic researchers,it is particularly important to cultivate Xinjiang college students’scientific spirit.According to the actual situation of colleges and universities in Xinjiang and the goal of talents training,this paper analyzes the significance of cultivating college students’scientific spirit.In view of the deficiencies in the cultivation objectives,teachers’scientific literacy and students’scientific spirit cultivation mode,this paper discusses the countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of scientific spirit of college students in Xinjiang:to improve the management and evaluation mechanism of scientific education;to strengthen the sense of responsibility and mission towards the cultivation;to create and improve the campus environment for the cultivation.
