中小学生科学职业抱负提升策略研究——基于多国科学资本理论和实践

摘要 有效提升中小学生的科学职业抱负,对经济社会发展和个体自我提升具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。基于对科学资本的认识及其在塑造中小学生科学职业抱负中的重要作用,有必要进一步发掘科学资本对于科学职业抱负的影响机制。文本从优化科学领域的科学资本、形成更具包容性的科学认知、融入科学资本教学法等方面入手,指出我们应注重科学职业教育的实施引导、打破科学从业者的刻板印象、提高青少年的科学参与和科学身份认同,并进一步有效提升中小学生的科学职业抱负。 At present,there are huge gaps and serious loss of talent in the field of science.The science career aspiration of Chinese middle school students is low,and it is of great theoretical value and practical significance.Based on the understanding of science capital and its important role in shaping the science career aspiration of primary and secondary school students,it is necessary to further explore the influence mechanism of science capital on the youth's science career aspiration.From optimizing science capital in the field of science,forming a more inclusive science cognition,integrating science capital teaching method,we should pay attention to the implementation and guidance of science vocational education,break the stereotype recognition of science practitioners,improve the vulnerable groups'science participation and scientific identity,and thus further effectively improve the science career aspirations of primary and secondary school students.
