摘要
重金属污染是当今最严重的环境问题之一.高效、低耗、环境友好的生物净化方法是当前去除环境重金属污染的研究热点.酿酒酵母是一种安全、低成本、易获得的生物净化材料,也是研究生物净化的理想化生物模型,但是目前尚不能广泛应用于工业化的重金属污染处理.近年来,通过物理化学方法和基因工程技术改造酿酒酵母的研究逐渐开展.概述了基于生物吸附和生物积累2种方法提高改造酿酒酵母净化重金属污染能力的研究进展.
Heavy metal pollution is one of the most serious environmental problems.Efficient,low-consumption and environment-friendly biological purification methods are the current research hotspots for removing heavy metal pollution from the environment.Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a safe,low-cost,and easy-to-acquire bio-purification material and an ideal biological model for studying bio-purification,but it is not yet widely used for heavy metal pollution treatment industrially.In recent years,research on the modification of S.cerevisiae by physicochemical methods and genetic engineering techniques has gradually been carried out.In this paper,we will give an overview of the research progress in modifying S.cerevisiae to improve its ability to purify heavy metal pollution based on both biosorption and bioaccumulation methods.
