党的十八大以来,党中央高度重视高校思想政治教育工作,习近平总书记在多个重要场合中强调高校思想政治教育工作的重要性。辅导员有效开展大学生思想政治教育工作是全面加强高校思想政治教育工作的重要抓手。通过发挥红色资源作用、构建全媒体育人、完善家校协同育人机制等三个路径,探析“大思政”视域下辅导员开展思想政治教育工作的有效方法。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee has placed great importance on ideological and political education work.General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized the significance of ideological and political education work on multiple important occasions.The effective implementation of ideological and political education by college counselors is a crucial means to comprehensively strengthen this work.By exploring three paths-leveraging the role of red resources,constructing a diverse media platform,and improving the collaborative education mechanism between families and schools-this article provides more effective methods to enrich the ideological and political education work from the perspective of“great ideology and politics”.
