摘要
基于战略思维视角,课程思政与思政课程协同有着立德树人价值指向协同、内驱力外逼力助推协同、辩证统一思维推进协同的内在逻辑。在对协同育人战略目标思维、战略判断思维、战略决策思维、战略实施思维、战略评价思维等要素进行分析的基础上,提出优化系统举措,保障协同育人的规范性;把握教师和课程两大战略核心,实现协同育人的实效性和超越性;注重结果复盘,增强协同发展的全局性等育人协同策略。
This article explores the collaboration between ideological and political education in the curriculum and courses through the lens of strategic thinking,with a focus on fostering moral character.The collaboration is driven by both internal and external forces and is propelled by dialectical and unified thinking.By analyzing elements like strategic thinking for fostering collaboration,strategic judgment,decision-making,implementation,and evaluation,we propose measures to optimize collaborative education systems and ensure standardization.We emphasize the strategic importance of teachers and curriculum as the two key components for effective and transcendent collaborative education.Finally,we highlight the value of result review as a strategic approach to nurture individuals and enhance the development of collaborative education.
