摘要
服务高质量发展是建设教育强国的重要任务,“双高计划”建设是当前高等职业教育推进高质量发展重要举措,构建科学高效的绩效管理体系是高质量完成“双高计划”建设目标任务的需要。文章分析首轮“双高计划”绩效管理存在的问题,提出提升绩效管理水平工作机制、精准设置绩效指标方法,为新一轮“双高计划”建设的绩效管理提供借鉴,助力高等职业教育高质量发展。
The improvement of service quality is a critical task in building a strong education system.The implementation of the“Double High Plan”is a significant initiative in promoting the high-quality development of higher vocational education.To effectively achieve the objectives and responsibilities of the“Double High Plan”in a high-quality manner,it is essential to establish a scientifically efficient performance management system.This article analyzes the challenges encountered in the initial phase of performance management within the“Double High Plan”and proposes strategies to enhance the level of performance management.These strategies include improving the working mechanisms to elevate the performance management level and implementing precise methods for setting performance indicators.The findings of this study provide valuable insights for enhancing performance management in the future stages of the“Double High Plan”.
