摘要 介绍了军事大数据概念,分析其对联合作战方式、作战能力提升带来的影响,并聚焦联合作战特点及典型场景,对比分析了军民大数据在数据获取、传输、标注、管理、分析等方面区别与联系;在此基础上,分析了军事大数据体系在数据资产化建设、共享交换、分析应用等方面面临的挑战,并提出基于元数据的数据资产构建与共享交换、基于联邦学习的大数据应用建设技术路线,设计数据资产管理服务平台和数据处理分析服务平台,能够为军事大数据体系发展建设提供借鉴指导. The conceptual connotation of military big data is introduced,its influences on joint operation mode,combat capability improvement are analyzed.A comparative analysis of the differences and connections between military and civilian big data in data acquisition,transmission,labeling,management,analysis and others focused on the joint operation features and typical scenarios is performed.Based on this,the challenges faced by military big data system of systems in data asset construction,shared exchange,analysis&applications and so on are analyzed,and the big data asset construction and shared exchange based on metadata technologies,and the technical routes of big data application construction based on federated learning are put forward.The data asset management and service platform,the data processing analysis and service platform are designed.It can provide guidance and reference for the development and construction of military big data system of systems.
