摘要
京沪铁路接触网作业验电接地过程中发现“验电死区”问题,对作业人员的人身安全及行车安全带来严重安全隐患。在确定京沪铁路验电试验地点和验电位置后,分别对接触网设备进行带电验电和停电验电,根据试验数据得出结论,明确了接触网设备的验电位置,规范了验电器的管理,为确保作业人员人身安全及行车安全提供了保障。
A problem of"dead zone for electricity testing"problem found during the grounding inspection process of the overhead contact system of the Beijing-Shanghai railway posed serious hazards to the operator’s safety and train running safety.After determining the location of electricity testing on the Beijing-Shanghai railway,electricity testing was conducted on the overhead contact system equipment with power on and power off respectively.Based on the test data,conclusions were obtained,clarifying the locations for the electricity testing of the overhead contact system equipment,specifying the management of the electricity testing equipment,providing guarantees for the operator’s safety and train running safety.
