机械活化法氧化锌改性三聚磷酸铝的研究及应用

摘要 采用直接干混法和机械活化法改性工艺制备氧化锌改性三聚磷酸铝,并对其进行性能及应用研究。结果表明,机械活化法氧化锌改性三聚磷酸铝具有更细的粒径;通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征,氧化锌与三聚磷酸铝中的氢离子发生化学作用,提高了三聚磷酸铝的pH。机械活化法氧化锌改性三聚磷酸铝有助于提高水性丙烯酸涂料的贮存稳定性以及漆膜的各种性能。涂料热贮720 h仍然无沉淀;漆膜光泽度为60;附着力为0级;耐水性试验和耐中性盐雾试验理想;在钢材表面更易形成完整的钝化膜,防锈性能提高。 Zinc oxide modified aluminum tripolyphosphate was prepared by direct dry mixing and mechanical activation processes separately.The performance and application research of the modified samples were studied.The results showed that zinc oxide modified aluminum tripolyphosphate with mechanical activation process has a finer particle size.Through characterization of XRD and SEM,zinc oxide reacts with hydrogen ions in aluminum tripolyphosphate,which increases the pH of aluminum tripolyphosphate.The zinc oxide modified aluminum tripolyphosphate with mechanical activation process is helpful to improve the storage stability of the waterborne acrylic coatings and various properties of paint film.There is no precipitation in the coatings after heat storage for 720 h.The film gloss is 60.The adhesion is zero grade.Water resistance test and neutral salt spray test results are satisfactory.It is easier to form a complete passivation film on the surface of steel,which improves corrosion resistance performance.
