聚醚醚酮手指假体三维有限元模型的建立及生物力学分析

Establishment of Three-Dimensional Finite Element Model and Biomechanical Analysis of Index Finger by Polyetheretherketone

摘要 建立食指三维有限元模型,并将聚醚醚酮材料属性赋值,分析在施加不同载荷下食指各节指骨的应力分布情况.健康男性志愿者1名,对其左手进行电子计算机断层扫描,将扫描数据导入Mimics 21.0软件中得到食指的点云数据,再导入UG 12.0软件中进行逆向处理建立食指模型,最后导入Workbench 2020R1软件中,沿食指指骨纵向分别施加10、20、30、40和50 N载荷,分析食指各节指骨的应力分布情况.结果显示,建立了高精度食指三维有限元模型,模型共计551410个节点,392047个四面体单元;随着施加载荷的增加,食指指骨的应力变化范围约0.37~5.96 MPa,远节指骨的整体应力要明显高于其他指骨,近节指骨所受的应力最小.采用Mimics和Workbench软件可建立精确度较高的食指有限元模型,从而对食指生物力学角度进行定性定量的分析研究,为聚醚醚酮材料作为食指替换材料提供一定的理论依据. The three-dimensional finite element model of index finger was established,and the attributes of polyetheretherketone material were assigned to analyze the stress distribution of each phalanx of index finger under different loads.A healthy male volunteer was selected to perform CT scanning on his left hand.The scan data was imported into Mimics 21.0 software to obtain the point cloud data of index finger,and then imported into UG 12.0 software for reversed processing to establish index finger model.Finally,the data were put into the Workbench 2020R1 software.Ten,twenty,thirty,forty and fifty Newton loads were applied along the longitudinal direction of phalanges to analyze the stress distribution of index finger bones.The results show that a high-precision three-dimensional finite element model of index finger has been established,with a total of 551410 nodes and 392047 tetrahedral elements.With the increase of load,the peak is stress of index finger bones ranges from 0.37 to 5.96 MPa,and the overall stress of the distal phalanx was significantly higher than that of other bones,of which the proximal phalanx suffers the smallest amount of stress.It can be concluded that Mimics and Workbench software can be used to establish the index finger finite element model with high accuracy so as to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of index finger biomechanics,providing a theoretical basis for polyether ether ketone material as index finger replacement material.
