Na_(2)S改性CoSO_(4)催化氨硼烷水解放氢

摘要 以Na_(2)S和CoSO_(4)为原料,采用水热法和烧结制备了一种CoSO_(4)和Co_(3)O_(4)两相共存的Co基催化剂(命名为Co_(3)O_(4)-CS(NS))用于催化氨硼烷水解.研究表明,由于CoSO_(4)和Co_(3)O_(4)的协同效应使得该催化剂对氨硼烷水解表现出良好的催化性能.在催化剂直接添加量为10 wt.%、水料比为25 mL/g和反应温度为40℃的反应条件下,每0.2 g AB/Co_(3)O_(4)-CS(NS)复合物在2.5 min内放氢量达到440.06 mL,对应的放氢速率为8801.2 mL/(min·g cat),氢转化率为92.6%,反应活化能为50.4 kJ/mol. The mixture of Na_(2)S and CoSO_(4) was used as raw materials,a Co-based catalyst with the coexistence of CoSO_(4) and Co_(3)O_(4) was prepared by hydrothermal and sintering,named Co_(3)O_(4)-CS(NS),which was used to catalyze the hydrolysis of ammonia borane(AB).The results show that the synergistic effect of CoSO_(4) and Co_(3)O_(4) makes the catalyst show good catalytic performance for the hydrolysis of AB.When the direct addition of catalyst was 10 wt.%,water-material ratio was 25 mL/g and reaction temperature was 40℃,the hydrogen yield of the AB/Co 3O_(4)-CS(NS)mixture reached 440.06 mL in 2.5 min,the hydrogen generation rate was 8801.2 mL/(min·g cat),hydrogen conversion rate was 92.6%,and reaction activation energy was 50.4 kJ/mol.
