基于AI人脸识别技术的数字化消费者运营平台设计与实现

摘要 为解决传统烟草营销系统应用中存在的会员拉新流程烦琐、消费数据沉淀难、会员运营能力弱等问题,基于人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)人脸识别技术设计了数字化消费者运营平台。平台以AI人脸识别技术,利用刷脸即会员,聚焦双面屏终端设备,让双面屏从一个单一的管理终端变成一个集支付终端、会员拉新、数据采集等于一体的一站式消费者运营平台,设计实现刷脸支付拉新、形成数据安全沉淀、数据运营分析,并高度重视提升系统安全、数据安全。结果表明,该平台有效拓宽了营销智慧终端的管理途径,提高了零售户数字化消费者运营能力水平。 In order to solve the problems of troublesome membership recruitment process,difficult consumption data precipitation,and weak membership operation ability in traditional tobacco marketing system applications,a digital consumer operation platform was designed based on AI facial recognition technology.The platform uses AI facial recognition technology,utilizing facial recognition as a member,and focuses on double-sided screen terminal devices,transforming the double-sided screen from a single management terminal into a one-stop consumer operation platform that integrates payment terminals,member recruitment,data collection,and other multi-dimensional aspects.It is designed to achieve facial payment innovation,form data security precipitation,and analyze data operations,and attaches great importance to improving system security and data security.The results indicate that the platform has effectively extended the management channels of marketing smart terminals,effectively improved the level of digital consumer operation capabilities of retail households.
