在“健康中国”的战略背景下,医疗行业在政策利好和新技术的加持下有了不错的发展期。医疗系统在提供服务的过程中产生大量的医疗数据。这些数据不仅涉及个人隐私,而且关系到医疗体系的数据安全。在提高医疗服务水平、提供方便高效的业务系统、改善医疗资源紧张局面的同时,数据安全同样不可忽视。基于此,提出新时代医疗数据安全的特点,探索维护数据安全的主要措施,探讨建设过程中的不足和短板,根据各医院的管理经验、业务特点、系统架构以及安全基本要求,形成一套适合医院的数据安全体系。

Under the strategic background of"Healthy China',the medical industry has had a good development period with the blessing of favorable policies and new technologies.The medical system generates a large amount of medical data in the process of providing services.This data is not only about personal privacy,but also about the data security of the healthcare system.While improving the level of medical services,providing convenient and efficient business systems,and improving the tight situation of medical resources,data security cannot be ignored.Based on this,this paper puts forward the characteristics of medical data security in the new era,explores the main measures of data security,discusses the shortcomings and shortcomings in the construction process,and forms a data security system suitable for hospitals according to the management experience,business characteristics,system architecture and basic security requirements of each hospital.
