论生成式人工智能档案产品的真实性维护

Research on the Authenticity Maintenance of Generative Artificial Intelligence Archival Products

生成式人工智能可为档案信息资源开发提供新的思路,甚至可能催生出智慧档案开发新范式。文章从生成式人工智能档案产品的概念和类型入手,对其真实性维护的重要性进行分析,认为其真实性失范的风险源主要包括语料库的数据污染、生成机制的负向力、社会传播的不可控,并提出可以从坚持谨慎性原则、建设纯净语料库、强化专业性训练、加强用户的管控等方面发力,对生成式人工智能档案产品的真实性进行维护。

Generative artificial intelligence can provide new ideas for the development of archival information resources,and may even give rise to a new paradigm of intelligent archival development.Starting from the concept and types of generative artificial intelligence archival products,this paper analyzes the importance of its authenticity maintenance,and considers that the risk sources of authenticity failure mainly include the data contamination of the corpus,the negative force of the generative mechanism,and the uncontrollability of the social dissemination.And it proposes that efforts can be made to maintain the authenticity of generative artificial intelligence archival products from the aspects of adhering to the precautionary principle,building a pure corpus,bolstering professional training,and enhancing user control.
